After more than 30 years of operational activity in leading national and international positions in the fashion and lifestyle market, I have participated in the entire change in our industry, lived it and helped drive it. 

Some things turned out as expected, many things very differently. Anyone who wants to be at home in this special segment today has to be able to combine a unique combination of emotional skills with clear ability and knowledge on the rational side.

It is my passion to translate my broad knowledge and understanding of processes and departments into the search for the right candidate and the right management consultancy for you.

Only someone who knows the DNA and of course the company can find the right employees to optimally exploit all potentials.

Picking just the best from a random group of applicants cannot be the goal these days. 

The market and the competitive environment are too professionalized for that. Only those who come from the world outside of the tunnel can address apparently non-obvious things in the consultation.

Spirit, which often is the most important element in our emotional industry, cannot be taught. So how do you find spirit in yourself and in others?

Spirit cannot be prescribed. It has to be lived, cherished and cared for. In many of my positions, the central topic was the process structure in connection with employee motivation. 

A central topic that can show itself in an infinite number of forms. 

That is why an understanding of the company, brand and mindset is the linchpin for successful support. 

However, this cannot be achieved by anyone who has never been involved in operations with all their heart and soul.
