Prior to joining HR-Expertgroup International, Marie-Cécile was the global manufacturing and supply chain human resources director for Louis Vuitton, overseeing more than 11.000 employees in Europe and the USA. She spent a decade in this amazing company, and most of her time, thinking and efforts were invested to grow outstanding talents and build world class teams.
She had a similar talent search challenge when leading for 4 years the talent management coordination for key operations roles across the LVMH group companies.
Marie-Cécile bring to her customers the depth of more than 25 years of experience in the consumer sector, including food, tobacco, wines & spirits, and obviously luxury and apparel.
She recruited - from within or from the external market - senior executives and critical experts across a large variety of functions – but her heart goes to HR, operations, manufacturing, product development and supply chain leadership roles.
